Thats how I see it too. I actually love Makotos. I can play Chun-Lis all day, but mastering Makoto is much harder than it looks like.

I hate Chun-Li. Makoto is much harder to use and lets say in SBO there are way less Makotos compared to the Chun-Lis and Yuns.
